1. General

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all studio bookings made with Deansgate Studios (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By booking a session, the client (“you”) agrees to be bound by these T&Cs.
2. Bookings & Payment

Minimum booking time is 2 hours.

Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received upfront.
-
Invoices must be paid by the due date stated.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
All cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, regardless of notice period.

Rescheduling is possible subject to availability.
-
No-shows will be charged at 100% of the booking fee.
4. Studio Use

You must arrive and leave at the agreed times. Extra time may be charged.

The studio and equipment must be used responsibly and returned in the same condition.

No illegal, dangerous, or inappropriate activities are permitted on site.
-
You are responsible for the conduct of all persons attending your booking.
5. Equipment & Technical Support

Studio hire includes standard equipment (lighting, audio, backdrops, etc.).

Specialist equipment or technical support must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges.

Any damage to equipment caused during your session will be chargeable to you.
6. Liability

We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property brought into the studio.

You are responsible for your own insurance covering your equipment, staff, and participants.

Deansgate Studios is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
7. Health & Safety

You must follow all health & safety guidelines given by staff.

Trip hazards (cables, lights, etc.) should be managed carefully.
-
Smoking, vaping, and use of hazardous materials are not permitted inside the studios.
8. Media & Content

You retain all rights to the content you create during your booking.

However, Deansgate Studios may request permission to use behind-the-scenes shots for promotional purposes (with your consent).
9. Viewing & Inspections
-
You may arrange a studio viewing prior to booking. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
10. Governing Law
-
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
-
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
