Located in the heart of Manchester’s Deansgate, our purpose-built podcast studio is designed to make professional content creation simple, flexible, and affordable. Whether you’re recording your first show or producing a polished multi-camera video podcast, we provide the space, the gear, and the support you need.

Cancellation Policy

Deansgate Studios – Hire & Booking Policy Welcome to Deansgate Studios. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all our clients, please review our booking policy before confirming your studio hire. 1. Bookings & Payments  All studio bookings must be made in advance via our website or by contacting our team.  Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.  Payments can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.  Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling  7+ days before booking: full refund.  Within 7 days of booking date: 50% refund.  Within 48 hours of booking date: no refund.  Reschedules must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability. 3. Studio Use  Hire includes use of the green screen studio and agreed facilities.  Clients are responsible for the conduct of all attendees.  No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances are allowed on-site.  Food and drink are only permitted in designated areas.  Please keep noise at a reasonable level to respect other tenants. 4. Equipment & Damage  Additional equipment must be booked in advance.  All equipment must be returned in the same condition as provided.  Any damage to the studio, equipment, or facilities during hire will be charged to the client.  Deansgate Studios is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. 5. Insurance & Liability  Clients are advised to arrange appropriate insurance for their production and crew.  Deansgate Studios will not be held liable for accidents, injuries, or damages during hire. 6. Overtime  Bookings are charged per hour/day as agreed.  Overtime will be billed at 1.25x the standard hourly rate.  Overtime is subject to studio availability. 7. Health & Safety  Emergency exits must remain clear at all times.  All hirers and attendees must follow safety instructions provided by staff.  Children under 16 must be supervised at all times. 8. Agreement By booking with Deansgate Studios, you agree to comply with this policy.
